We had a lovely time. We rented out a boat to go fishing. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and helpful. The cabin was great, just wish there was a bit more room for parking. Would love to come back in the future for sure.

Myself and four other buddies stayed here for a weekend in the winter. Everything was really nice and comfortable and the place was as advertised. Ali made it all very simple.

Great, newly remodeled house. Easy access to the lake. Awesome heated garage to put our fishing equipment in to dry off. I would recommend this place for fishermen or large families, plenty of room

Nice and clean, pictures accurately represented inside. Went in the offseason for fishing trip and were only guests in the park which was nice. Boat launch right next to property was extremely convenient for getting boat on the water. No issues and no complaints would stay again.

Loved, loved, loved this little “Perch” on Black Lake. It was just what we needed for our 2nd wedding anniversary getaway. Woke up to a beautiful view of the lake. Favorite spot was the porch. Ali responded quickly from the time we booked the place until we left. Loved that our activities were a half hour to 40 minutes away. Highly recommend staying here. We will stay here again when we visit the area.

We had a wonderful stay at The Perch cabin at Back Bay Campground. The location is peaceful & remote, overlooking Black Lake. The cabin is located in a campground setting but even when it was busiest, it was still nice & relaxing. We enjoyed spending time on the dock watching wildlife & water birds while the season changed from hot & humid summer to crisp, cool autumn. The host & staff were great. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

The camper on Black lake was just as described. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch in the morning and you can see the lake from the porch. Was very quiet and peaceful. The camper is in a nice campground. We visited Alexandria Bay and Bolt Castle during our stay. It was about a 45 minute drive, which was fine for us. Enjoyed the shops and restaurants. Went on Uncle Sam’s boat tours and enjoyed that as well as Boldt Castle. Also went into Clayton and enjoyed it there as well. A perfect little spot for a getaway. Camper was clean and private. We definitely go back.

Ali was very helpful in all steps of our first Airbnb process. We actually stayed at a different one of his cabins but it was amazing. Such a great space. The views are amazing from the campground. All the staff are amazing. His staff Jesse was out on his porch when we arrived and needed some help. He was more than happy to help us. I believe Gloria down in the store was amazing. Had all the recommendations we needed. Very nice campground. It was a peaceful place to be. We can’t wait to come back. Everyone that we came into contact with around the place was amazing.

Great place! I didn’t realize how remote it was, it wasn’t ideal to tow a boat to the location but added to the quiet atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and exploring the area.

Ali was super responsive and helpful the entire stay. There was no bedding for the upstairs mattress and pull out couch and he went and got all the bedding in an instant. My only recommendation would be to have some Tupperware bowls with lids if someone were to want to make sure dishes or store food. The arcade and store closes early at 4 so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy that because we were visiting for my daughters softball tournament and didn't get back til 6pm. Also pool closes at 8. Beautiful place. Very quiet. Will be visiting again soon when I can enjoy the whole campgrounds and not be gone most of the day for softball.
